Growing up and in high school I was always the skinny guy. Anytime the situation arose in which someone needed an example of scrawny or the epitome of small, I was usually the guy. Finally, one day, I decided to do something about it. I studied, sweat, puked, bled, and everything else to go from 139 lbs. of nothing to 200 lbs of, I wish I could say ALL muscle.
